Transformational leaders lead by example. They lead from the front and encourage, inspire and motivate followers towards their vision. Transformational leaders express a clear purpose, are passionate about what they do and stand for, and communicate a clear vision for themselves and their company. These leaders are optimistic, energetic and enthusiastic, traits that are infectious to those around them.
The Inspiration
This book focuses on leadership transformation and growth, a subject on which much literature already exists. As part of the research for this book, I wanted to gain personal insights, case studies and stories from leaders who are actively involved with not only surviving in a disruptive business world but thriving under fire. With this idea in mind, I approached over 400 executive leaders across the globe, inviting them to share their wisdom and stories on this subject. I interviewed leaders from the United States, Canada, Germany, England, other parts of Europe, Asia, Middle East, South Africa, and Australia. The most relevant insights and valuable wisdom from some of these executive leaders are included in the book.
This book sets out a clear step-by-step model and process how leaders can transform themselves and their businesses. And transformation is not simply taking a different approach; it means developing a whole new vision of your leadership.
Following the transformational leadership model, leaders will be able to encourage and inspire their teams to innovate and create change to shape the future success of the company. To challenge employees to go beyond the ordinary, and to create an aspirational future, one that once may have seemed impossible.

It creates an instant emotional and intellectual connection. Through my photography, I educate, inspire and change the way people think about leadership, growth and success.
My 25+ years working with businesses and senior leaders in emerging and established markets has taken me on assignments around the world. Through the lens of my camera, I have captured the magnificent landscapes and wildlife of the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Europe. In my book, I connect these images with important business and leadership lessons that reinvigorate and impel people to change the way they work.
