This book focuses on leadership transformation and growth, a subject on which much literature already exists. As part of the research for this book, I wanted to gain personal insights, case studies and stories from leaders who are actively involved with not only surviving in a disruptive business world but thriving under fire. With this idea in mind, I approached over 400 executive leaders across the globe, inviting them to share their wisdom and stories on this subject. I interviewed leaders from the United States, Canada, Germany, England, other parts of Europe, Asia, Middle East, South Africa, and Australia. The most relevant insights and valuable wisdom from some of these executive leaders are included in the book.
This book sets out a clear step-by-step model and process how leaders can transform themselves and their businesses. And transformation is not simply taking a different approach; it means developing a whole new vision of your leadership.
