I absolutely love it… mostly that it is very personal, but also a person speaking and not “leader”. I love the approach of people leading people and that is the biggest lesson for Leadership I think. It’s not a typical high-handed telling approach but rather just planting seeds for thought…. the reader can make with it what they want. You actually give the camera settings, some pointers ito lens speed etc…. but at the end of the day everyone can look at exactly the same thing and take a totally different picture… it’s your attitude that really influences what picture you take and your writings gives amazing insight into the right attitude and approach. It is an amazing g piece of work!
