Books are where I slow the thinking down.
Each of my books began with a question. What makes leadership exceptional? How do leaders transform organisations in times of disruption? What can nature, photography, and perspective teach us about the way we lead?
The 10% Differentiator
How to create a connected, innovative, and capable organisation in the next 12 months.
The 10% Differentiator explores the subtle behaviours and interactions that help leaders move from good to exceptional. It is about the overlooked dimensions of leadership: trust, empathy, communication, accountability, value systems, and the small shifts that create disproportionate impact.
I wrote this book because I kept seeing capable leaders plateau at ‘good enough’ while the next level of impact often sat in behaviours they had not been taught to notice.
The Transformational Leader
How to build a competitive advantage by inspiring, motivating and engaging teams in times of increasing change.
The Transformational Leader examines how senior leaders inspire, motivate, and engage people through disruption. The book draws on interviews and insights from executive leaders across regions and industries, exploring what it takes to create purpose, energy, accountability, and transformation in the face of rapid change.
I wrote this book to understand how leaders survive and thrive under pressure — not in theory, but through lived experience.
Leadership Through My Lens
Portraits | Reflections | Inspiration.
Leadership Through My Lens brings together two of my passions: leadership and photography. Through images from nature and reflection, the book invites readers to see leadership differently — with more perspective, presence, and emotional connection.
I wrote this book because photography creates a different kind of pause. It helps us see what we often miss, and leadership requires that same discipline.
The books are different, but they all return to the same theme. Leadership changes when people see differently.
